In our agency, we make a point of getting to know both the Nannies and families in person to make sure we find the best possible matches.
Process
We conduct thorough candidate screening, verifying qualifications, experience, and references. Candidates must have a minimum of two years of paid childcare experience, supported by references or original certificates. We also require an up-to-date criminal background check, prioritizing the safety of your family. For candidates residing in Switzerland for less than one year, a background check from their home country is necessary.
All our Nannies possess a valid first aid certificate, equipping them with essential skills to handle emergencies and provide immediate assistance when needed.

What are the next steps?
When parents express interest in finding a nanny through Luna Nannies, our professional process begins. We start by seeking potential candidates for you. Our role is to carefully screen and evaluate them to present you with the most suitable individuals.
As soon as we are satisfied with our candidates, we will provide you with their CVs for your review.
Once you have made your selection, we facilitate face-to-face interviews at your convenience, ensuring a smooth and convenient process for both parties. Throughout the entire process and even beyond, Luna Nannies is available to assist you every step of the way. If you have any questions, we are here to help.
Terms and Conditions
A payment of CHF300 is required once the family agrees for Luna Nannies to start the search on their behalf. This is deducted from the final fee when the nanny is placed. If the family decides to withdraw from Luna Nannies and look elsewhere, the 500CHF is non refundable.
Luna Nannies charges a fee for long-term Nanny placements which exceed 12 weeks of employment and are calculated individually based on one month of the candidate's agreed salary. Fees are payable in full prior to the commencement date of the candidate.
